By placing an order with Grievon, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. It is merely a confirmation that we have received your order.
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment verification. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Policy
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within the United States.
- Shipping Methods & Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Available shipping options and their estimated delivery times will be presented during the checkout process.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 15-20 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster options may be available at an additional cost.
- Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues).
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
- Damaged or Lost Packages:
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at contact@grievon.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Lost: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@grievon.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
- Defective or Damaged Items (upon arrival): If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@grievon.com with photos of the defect/damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return shipping costs for such items.
4. Payment Policy
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Payment Security: All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local tax laws.

Grievon is committed to offering high-quality gym equipment. Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty.
