Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Grievon. We want you to be completely happy with your gym equipment purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we're here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Our Return Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase from Grievon is required.
2. Eligibility for Returns
For an item to be eligible for a return and refund, it must meet the following criteria:
- Within 30 Days: The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Unused Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, brand-new condition.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original product packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components that came with it.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@grievon.com within the 30-day return window.
- Provide Information: In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, defective item)
- Photos/videos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number, as it may delay your refund or result in the item not being accepted.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Inspection: We will notify you via email once we have received your returned item and after it has been inspected.
- Approval/Rejection: We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition and adherence to our policy.
- Refund Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The actual posting of the refund to your account may depend on your bank or credit card company's policies.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, items returned more than 30 days after delivery).
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for your original purchase to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items (Upon Arrival)
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at contact@grievon.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such items.
