1. Our Commitment
At Grievon (operated by Grievous LLC), your satisfaction with our high-quality drills and accessories is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
2. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Consumable items that have been opened or used (e.g., drill bits, unless defective).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
4. How to Initiate a Return (Free Returns)
We offer FREE return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at contact@grievon.com or call us at +1 (448) 500 68 45 within your 30-day return window. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
- Ship Your Return: Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days after inspection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after this confirmation. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
6. Exchanges
We generally only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us immediately at contact@grievon.com with details and photos of the issue.
7. Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Arrival)
If your drill or accessory arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the damage/defect. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the 10 business days after confirmation:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
